It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that the road adjacent to Welingkar Institute (on the northern side) is being reinstalled as, Prof. U. U. Bhatt Marg. Our former professor Shri. U. U. Bhatt was pioneer in starting social services and demonstrated exemplary skills in engaging the young minds of Podar in community services. He inspiredseveral generations of Podarites such that he has become immortal. Hon’ble MLA Smt. Madhuri Misal (also Member of Governing Council, SPM) has kindly consented to be the chief guest. A former Podarite Mr R. R. Kamat from the batch 1966 will be the guest of honour. All are invited for the function.
